In 2010, Imperial Tobacco Hellas was awarded with the “People Management award” for “Performance - Reward Management, and Retention”, during KPMG’s Annual HR Symposium, where for 9th consecutive year KPMG awarded 3 companies (one of which Imperial Tobacco) from all market sectors for their innovative initiatives as well as their successful and creative actions, which set new standards of best practice in the area of Human Resources Management.
In April 2011 Imperial Tobacco Hellas (ITH) has been recognised as one of the best companies to work in Greece. ITH was ranked 3rd place among more than 40 companies who took part in a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute Hellas.
Evaluation was based on input from employees who completed questionnaires on five key areas - reliability, respect, pride, teamwork and integrity. The response rate for ITH employees was 93% and their total engagement score was 85%.
