THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Consumer Experience Specialist who will join our Consumer Experience Team in Greece. Within the assigned areas of responsibility which include presence in the field (focusing on Retail & HoReCa outlets) role’s key accountabilities include:

• Ensure the effective communication and coordination of consumer experience activation plans
• Execute effectively consumer activations to deliver specific qualitative and quantitative targets set by the company
• Coordinate effort with team members, sales force and other cross function departments and work closely with the Β-t-L (Below-the-Line) agency
• Spot best retail outlets to implement consumer communication activities
• Monitor industry developments and gather market intelligence

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2-4 years of sales or/and marketing experience in FMCG industry
• Very good knowledge of English and MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Valid car license and ability to travel within Greece
